Pour boiling water into their holes

Calvert was complaining to his South Dakota neighbor, Jeffcoe, that his house was being overrun with rats.

"Here's what you do," suggested Jeffcoe. "Just pour boiling water into their holes."

Three days later they met again.

"That was a good idea of yours," said Calvert, "but I can't find nobody to hold the rats."
