How many chickens?

Fanners Roach and Tubbs met on the main street of a small Utah town.

After exchanging greetings Roach said, "Hey, brother, if you kin tell me how many chickens I got in this here sack, I'll give you both of them."

Tubbs paused for a moment, rubbing his chin and then proudly answered, "Three!"

"No fair, brother," said Roach. "You peeked in the sack!"
