Goosing himself

Faxon and Elgin, two hard hats on a construction job, watched in amazement as their coworker, Larvel, performed some rather unusual antics. He kept tapping himself upward on the elbow.

"What the hell's he doing?" asked Faxon.

"He's goosing himself," replied Elgin.

"On the elbow?"

"Sure." The other hard hat grinned. "You know that rednecks don't know their ass from their elbow."
